He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Lasley (Lasley). He is survived by: his father David Welch of Arizona; his wife Tracy Welch (McGinness) of Shenandoah Iowa; his children, Chris, Kevin Welch of Shenandoah and Amanda Welch (Braxton Chirpas) of Bellaire Ohio; his siblings, Darrell Welch of Braddyville Iowa, April Hughes (Terry) of Arizona and Joy Sunderman (Chris) of Braddyville Iowa; and his nieces and nephews, Josh, Emily, Jessica, Jacob, Tatum, Trevor and Talyn.
