He was predeceased by: his wife Sheryl Joan Blane; his parents, Herb and Lauretta; and his sister Kathleen Mercer. He is survived by: his children, Chris Maher (Vicki) of Omaha, NE, Kerri Younggren (Craig) of Lenexa, KS and Matt Maher (Debbie Taplin) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Katelyn Younggren of Mission, KS, Dan (Jessica Younggren) of Olathe, KS and Tom Younggren of Lenexa, KS; and his siblings, Judy Black of Joplin, MO and Mike Maher of Colfax, IA. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
