She is survived by: her father Daniel Swaink; her husband Christopher Rakes; her daughters, Ashley and Anna Rakes; her grandson Sebastian Rakes; her mother-in-law Julie Clarke; her siblings, Susan Pratt (Ben), Jillian Meier (Matt), Jared Swaink and Daniel Swaink Jr.; and her stepmother Stacie Swaink. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
