She was predeceased by: her parents, John Day and Mary Grace Mullinix (Musgrove); her son John Carlton; her grandson Glen Dean; her husband Merle Cleatis; her siblings, Katherine (John), Lois (Jack McEveny) and David Mullinix; her brother-in-law Ron Shriver; and also, Dale, Mary King, John, Vera King, Walter and LaVelle King.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Anne Kinsella (Bernie) of Council Bluffs, IA and Pamela Jean Lewis (Mark) of Shenandoah, IA; her grandchildren, Bernie Kinsella (Melissa) of Houston, TX, Katie Kinsella (Ryan Penney) and Megan Beery of Glenwood, IA.; her sister Grace Shriver; and her sister-in-law Betty Mullinix. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
