With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Russell F. Strange of Shenandoah, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 13, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fremont Franklin and Olivia Beatrice Strange (Mutchler); his brothers, Billy and Frankie; and his son Wade Ugene.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Ione Carter; his sons, Gerald Strange, Kaylon Strange (Rebecca) and Jeremiah Strange (Tiffany Van); his grandchildren, Jessica, Whitney, Anthony, Edward, Byron, Billy and Kevin; and his sisters, Regenea Esquivel Connie McClaron (Jimmie) and Karen Smith. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
