She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Schoening and Helene Schoening (Denker); her husband Elden C. "Bud" Plautz; and her siblings, Fred, Robert, John, Glen, Harlan, Catherine Colwell, Emma Williams and Edna.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla (Glenn) of Shenandoah; her grandson Joe Rigdon (Caitie) of Blue Springs; and her great grandchildren, Anja and Bianca Rigdon. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
