She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burdick and Nettia May Burdick of Cedar Rapids, IA; her siblings, Donald Burdick and Bernice Dvorsky; her husband Garlen Perry; her children, Gary Bair and Teresa Bair; and her grandson Zak Porter.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald Bair; her son Charlie Bair; her stepdaughter Angie Perry; her grandchildren, T. J. Ranous (Janelle), Tiffany Hornak (Zack), Karly Archer, Cassie Johnson, Brittany Bair, Carissa Gunderson and Jacob Bair; and her great grandchildren, Brenden, Samantha, Brantley, Levi, Ethan and Asher. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
