With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marice G. Young (Shenandoah, Iowa), who passed away on May 23, 2019 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Almquist and Edith Almquist (Bengtson); her grandparents, Ludwig and Charlotte Bengtson of Essex; her brothers, Elwyn and Reynold; her husband Robert Young; her sons, Steve (Toni) of Granbury, TX and Larry (Kelly) of Essex, IA; her grandchildren, Devon Vonderscher (Travis) of Frisco, TX, Mahala Coplan (Cecil) of Plano, TX, Toby Young (Lora) of Remsen, IA, Andy Young of Bolton, CT and T. J. Young (Cortney) of Shenandoah, IA; her great grandchildren, Jacelyn Young, Jameson, Jaiden Ross, Liam, Ava Layton, Jake, Sam, Beau Young, Zoe and Mya Young; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ashlynn, Christopher and Haileigh Coplan. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Faith Covenant Church or the Elm Heights Care Center.
