He is survived by: his wife Maria Elena Angel; his children, Manuel (Ana), Julio, Carlos, Letty Rosa (Ruben), Mary Cepada (Juan), Silvia Snyder (Bryan) and Claudia Ruiz; his grandchildren, Manuelito (Lacey), Raulito (Trisha), Geraldine (Trey), AnnKaren (Alex), Nicole, Kevin, Marilyn, Steve, Brandy, Neida, Roxanita, Juanito, Estellita, Ito and Kobito; his great grandchildren, Chumelito, Mia, Lucy, Guerrito, Kamila, Gordito and Angel Manuel; and his siblings, Luis Ruiz, Lucia Portillo, Clara Mendez and Maria Santini.
