She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Audley Elder and Maxine Vivian Pennock; her brother Robert Elder; and her close friend Carol Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Darin Dyke of Farragut and Darci Edds (Terry) of Farragut; her granddaughter Devin Barth (Austin); her great grandchild Wilson of Shenandoah; her grandson Lance Corporal David RenteriaEdds (Serena) of California; her brother Bill Elder (Diana) of Essex; her nieces and nephews, Jan Elder of Essex, Bryan Elder, Taylor Bolton, Cedar Rapid and April Elder of Oskaloosa, IA; her sister-in-law Mary Elder of Oskaloosa, IA; and her pet Blackie.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Farragut Congregational Church.
