He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold "Lefty" Gruber and Frances Gruber (Harris); his wife Jane; his children, Molly Gruber (Charlie Cowden) of Gretna, Neb., Tess Nelson (Bryan) of Bethesda, Iowa, Anthony Gruber of Shenandoah and Dane Gruber of Shenandoah; his grandchildren, Ava Gruber, Colt Nelson, Liv Gruber and Jude Gruber; and his sister Diann Anderson (Steve). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews; cousins, friends, and his animals.
