He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Eugene and Catherine Jones (Dickenson); and his brother John H. Jones. He is survived by: his wife Sue Jones of Shenandoah; his children, Bryan Jones (Patricia) of Shenandoah, Eric Jones (Jenny) of Harlan, Justin Jones (Nicole) of Kansas City and Jessica Bell (Brandon) of Shenandoah; his grandchildren, Brodie, Magi, Alex, Andrew, Parker, Sydney, Isaiah, Gabriel, Caleb, Melissa Jones, Dakota, Jack Murren and Allysa Bell; his brother Fred Jones (Julie) of Indianola; his sister-in-law Jennie Jones of Osceola, Iowa; his daughter Katya Scanlan (Frank) of Springfield, VA; and his grandsons, Jon and Cole. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
