He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Clifton and Marie Hart (Lawrence). He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Sandahl of Shenandoah; his children, Chris Hart of Shenandoah and Craig Hart of Auxvasse, MO; his grandson Rory Hart of Auxvasse, MO; and his brother Richard Hart of Shenandoah.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Duane's name are being directed to Christ Point Baptist Church in Shenandoah.
