He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Arthur and Inez Luvee Allen (Moss); his daughter Diana Jean Visser; and his siblings, Jim Allen and Jackie Oldham.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Duane of Shenandoah, IA and Deborah Diane of Clarinda, IA; his wife Maxine M. Allen of Shenandoah, IA; his granddaughter Sundance Casey Visser of Alaska; his siblings, C. Jeanine Miller of Altoona, IA and Jerry Allen of McComb, IL; and his son-in-law Mike Visser of Pella, IA.
