It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Fouts of Shenandoah, Iowa, born in Modale, Iowa, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Vester and Maye Delilah "Roller" Withers; her daughter Rhonda Kay; her sister Joann Withers; her husband Russell Fouts; and her sister Amah D. "Withers" Widener.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Fouts of Shenandoah, IA; and her siblings, Clifford E. Withers (Georgia) of Fort Calhoun, NE, Tom M. (Sally) of Omaha, NE and Leah H. Withers of Bloomfield, CO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
