He was predeceased by: his parents, Darlene Rose Kellogg (Graeve) and Phillip Kellogg; and his brother Dan Kellogg. He is survived by: his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Tracy Kellogg of Shenandoah, Iowa; his grandchildren, Sean Kellogg of Shenandoah, Hunter Kellogg of Ames, Dalton Kellogg of Shenandoah, Dylan Kellogg of Shenandoah, Logan Coltrain of Shenandoah, Heidi Kellogg of Shenandoah and Kiersten Coltrain of Shenandoah; and his sisters, Kathy (Brian Broughton), Karol (Ken Hargis), Karen (Rick Clark), Karla (Miles Smith) and Diane Day of Des Moines. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; great nieces and great nephews; and friends.
