It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla M. Pulley of Shenandoah, Iowa, born in Red Oak, Iowa, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Paul and Wilmeth Olive Messersmith (Brower); her stepfather William Burke; and her brothers, Merritt and Merlin Messersmith.

She is survived by: her husband Roland Martin Pulley; her children, Marsha Miller (Terry) of Shenandoah, IA, Janet Allumbaugh (Mike) of Shenandoah, IA and Roland David Pulley (Kathy) of Milan, IL; her grandchildren, Jeff Miller (Amy), Dana Finnegan (Mike), Brent Allumbaugh (Ginny), Traci Haarmann (Gary), Ben Pulley (Julie), Dan Pulley (Kaitlyn) and Adelyn Pulley; and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan Miller, MacKenzie, Trevor, Trent, Reed Finnegan, Josie Haarmann, Lydia, Abigail, Will and Aubrey Pulley.
