She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Teachout; her son Michael Teachout; her parents, LaVerne Cutter and Hazel Cutter; her siblings, Robert Cutter, Larry Cutter, Maurice Cutter, Richard Cutter and Betty Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Joshua and Ryan Laumann.
She is survived by: her children, Laverne Sydney Cutter, Hazel Dean Cutter (Jackson), Chris Teachout (Janenne), Melisa Forbes (Larry) and George Teachout; her daughter-in-law Shari Teachout; her grandchildren, Nicki Blane (Bennett), Jessica Teachout (Alan Zahller), Stacy Laumann (Jessie), Skyler Teachout (Lindsay), Katelyn Sewell Chelsey (Aaron), Andrea McFarland (Sean) and Zachary Forbes (Elizabeth Thacker); and her great grandchildren, Michael Blane, Addison Blane, Jarrod Zahller, Beckett Laumann, Brecken Teachout, Luca Teachout, Raigan Sewell, Sarah McFarland and Seth McFarland. She is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the First United Methodist Church of Shenandoah in Barbara's memory.
