He is survived by: his mother Margaret Anne "Peg" Deklotz (Millburn) of Shellsburg; his wife Judy Hartz; his children, Regina Smith (Mike) of Urbana, Rikki Deklotz (Brenda) of Shellsburg, Brenda O'Connor (Gus) of Center Point and Stephanie Bridgewater (Jacob) of Shellsburg; his grandchildren, Tyler, Bailey Smith, Riley Deklotz, Amber Deklotz, Kassidy McCombs (Travis), Cody Alberts (Amanda), Kenzie O'Connor, Chayce O'Connor (Brycelyn) and Makayla Moeller; his great grandchildren, Leeam McCombs and Barrett McCombs; and his siblings, Sharon Young of Nevada, Margie Lohrer (Denny) of Shellsburg, Linda Hertzberger (Jim) of Cedar Rapids and Gary Deklotz (Rae) of Cedar Rapids.
