She was predeceased by: her parent Catherine Smith; and her husband Owen Maynard. She is survived by: her children, Matt Maynard (Becky), Mike Maynard (Ericka), Bob Maynard (Chris) and Kelly Galvan (Steve); her grandchildren, Dustin (Candi), Casey, Mitch (Beth), Chance, Jameson, Jonathan, Clay, Quentin (Minami), Ava and Liv; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Cash, Quincy, Tyson, Myla, Mei, Abel, Brylee and Diem.
