He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Darcy Ballard (Matt) of Blockton and Gaede of Shell Rock; and his siblings, John Winter (Candy) of Shell Rock, Roger Winter (Julie) of El Paso, TX and Carol Hamilton (Mike) of Oelwein. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
