She is survived by: her husband Bruce Jacobs of Shell Rock; her children, Kimberly Jacobsen (Steve) of Evansdale, Zackery Jacobs (Melissa) of Clarksville and Uriah Jacobs of Waverly; her grandchildren, Taya, Gavin and Keidan Jacobs; her sisters, Virginia Clark of Cresco, Elaine Brookins of Cresco, Patricia Clark of Baline, MN, Debra Hayward (John) of Alabama and Lynette Thornberg (Dan) of Des Moines; and her sister-in-law Diane Johnson (Jeff) of Parkersburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
