He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank G. Reints and Emilie Reints (Siefkes); his wife Lois Reints; and his siblings, Gerhard, Sike, Elso Reints and Helen Reints.
He is survived by: his sons, Tom Reints of Shell Rock and Dan Reints of Shell Rock.
