She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Hook and Anna Hook (VanLengen); her husband Jacob Haan; her siblings, Rudolph, Ben, Harlan Hook and Rozella Huisinga; and her daughter-in-law Dolly Raber-Haan.
She is survived by: her sons, Randall Joe Haan (Julie) of Kansas City, Allan Haan (Linda) of Cedar Falls and Gaylen Jon Haan of Shell Rock. She is also survived by two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
