He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Neal and Hazel Myer Neal; and his sister Marjorie. He is survived by: his wife Janice N. Matthews; and his children, Bradley (Jill Neal) of Belle Isle, FL, Randall (Teri Neal) of Shell Rock, Brenda (Jim Fuller) of Urich, MO and Karen (Greg Renning) of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and thirteen nieces and nephews and their children.
