He is survived by: his wife Catherine Dornbusch-Weiss (Cathi) of Shell Rock; his pet Shawnee; his stepchildren, Mindy Hart (Brett) of Waverly and Ryan Weiss (Tracy) of Waverly; his stepgrandchildren, McKenna, Tucker, Maggie Hart, Hunter Sachs and Zane Weiss; his sisters, Mary Ann Guinta and Molly Howell; and his siblings-in-law, Mary DeWitt of Clarksville, Jan DeWitt, Bob Dornbusch (Mary Pearson) of Oregon, Brian Dornbusch (Keri) of Colorado, Jon Dornbusch of Cedar Rapids, IA and Becky Connelly of Grinnell, IA..
