He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrit Plantage and Della Plantage (Van Veldhuizen); his wife Ann Irene Brunsting; his brother John (Jurena); his parents-in-law, Luke T. and Rosena Brunsting; and his siblings-in-law, Ted, Harvey, Vernon, Ed, Gerald, Leona, Shirley, Alvina, Nell, Trudy and Bessie.
He is survived by: his daughter Shirleen Plantage of Fridley, Minnesota; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Brunsting and Lyneen Brunsting.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Carmel Reformed Church (2801 360th St, Rock Valley, IA 51247). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
