He was predeceased by: his parents, Arie Punt and Alyda Punt (Vander Brake); his son Terry Lee Punt; his sister Adelaide (Arnie De Jong); his siblings-in-law, Willard Boscaljon, Ron Kooistra, Ken Vander Zwaag and Madeline Vander Zwaag; and also, Jake and Arta Vander Zwaag.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Arlis "Jackie" Vander Zwaag; his grandchildren, Kara Lopez, Tarin Mawhir, Keifer Mawhir, Timorae Mawhir (Henry Waite), Ray Burnett (Celeste), Megyn Burnett, Bre Boote, Emma Boote (Joey Ness) and Thane Schuning (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn Schuning and Taylor Ness; his siblings, Arlene Boscaljon, Hendrene (Ken Kats), Margaret Kooistra and Roger (Judy Punt); his brother-in-law Peter Leo Vander Zwaag; and also, Lois (Paul De Jong) and Sherry Vander Zwaag. He is also survived by his wife, he is survived by his three daughters.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials may be directed to the Punt Family for future designation.
