She is survived by: her husband Jim Nieuwendorp of Sheldon, Iowa; her children, Jacob Sample of Sioux Falls, Jenna Sample of Sheldon and Joshua Nieuwendorp of Sheldon; her stepfather Ed Donnelly of Elk Point; her brothers, Bob Sample (Pam) of Cleveland and Greg Sample (Keri); and her pets, Rusty and Jasper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
