He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Prusaitis and Veronica Prusaitis (Budweitis); his children, Kimberly Ann and Thomas Anthony (Amy); and his sisters, Eleanor Scribner and Flo Constantine Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce White; his daughter Teri Foster; his grandson Tony Foster (Kim); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Kim Foster (Ben Rainville), Asiah Hinckley (Derek Phair) and Aaron Prusaitis (Jenna Adams); and his grandson Andy Prusaitis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
