He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy J. Garrity and Anne May Garrity; and his son Timothy Garrity. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Berard-Garrity; his son Daniel Garrity of Wisconsin; his stepdaughter Kelly Berard of Corinth; and his granddaughters, Amanda Zerwas (Joe) of Wisconsin and Ashley Dunn (Kyle) of Iowa.
