She is survived by: her children, Joyce Van Meeteren (Ron) of Sheldon, Iowa, Claire Buyert of Clinton, Iowa, Garvin Buyert (Karen) of Rock Valley, Iowa, Larue Westemeyer of Iowa City, Iowa, Vernell Buyert (Lisa) of Sheldon, Iowa, Angela Klyn (Jevon) of Sheldon, Iowa and Andrea Theis (Rick) of Hospers, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jason Van Meeteren (Tricia), Matthew Van Meeteren, Chad Van Meeteren (Rita), Cheri Garvin (Pat), Joshua Buyert (Tabitha), Adam Buyert, Amber Van Driel (Michael), Zachary Westemeyer (Kelsey), Molly Embers (Sean), Kelsey Storm (Sam), Travis Buyert, Tyler Buyert (Laney), Jeremy Klyn, Amanda Reps (Andrew), Janessa Klyn, Alexa Turnage (Jamieson), Anthony Klyn, Jessica De Wild (Dustin) and Austin Theis (Amber); and her siblings, Syne Sybesma of Ketchikan, Myra Heibult (Earl) of Albuquerque, Arlin Buyert, Goldie Kamies (Aiko) and Terry Vrieze. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Andringa Funeral Home - Sheldon (1601 Park St, Sheldon, IA 51201). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery Sioux Center. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the First Christian Reformed Church (901 9th St, Sheldon, IA 51201).
