She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Sterk and Jessie Sterk (Vander Plaats); and her siblings, John and Geniel. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Lori Forsyth of Oklahoma and Dan Poelstra of California. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and several friends.
