He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Stover; his spouse Alodie Caissie; and his siblings, Allen, Gail Rose and Barbara Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Perry (Jenny Perry) of Hampden, Kevin Caissie of Charleston and Kristi Baker (Joe) of Biddeford; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Coretta, Anthony, Dylan and Ember; and his sisters, Joan Monk (Lloyd) of Codyville and Judy Grant of Bangor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
