She is survived by: her former spouses, Fred Teeselink of Sheldon and Terry Mc Donald of Sheldon; her children, Rhonda Lynne Mordick (Barry) of Sheldon, IA and Scott Fredrick Teeselink of Rock Valley, IA; her stepchildren, James Mc Donald (Rogerica) of Sheldon, IA and Teresa Rohr (Rick) of Wisconsin; her grandsons, Nickolas Mordick (Rebecca Shurts), Mitchell Mc Donald, Hunter Mc Donald, Cole Mc Donald, Forest Rohr and Colton Rohr; and her siblings, Sid Jacobsma of Orange City, IA, Terry Jacobsma of Sioux City, IA and Shar Hohbach (Dennis) of Marcus, IA..
She became a CNA and worked at Oak Park Care Center in the Alzheimer Unit until she retired.
