She was predeceased by: her parents, Claus Klingenberg and Alma Klingenberg (Bowen); her husband Robert Schwab; her siblings, David, Willard, Douglas Klingenberg and Sheryl Colby; her brother-in-law Jim Fettes; and her granddaughter Destiny Joy Schwab.
She is survived by: her children, David Schwab (Kristie) of George, IA and Megan Klein (Austin) of Hospers, IA; her grandchildren, Gabriel, Walker, Alice, Charles, Elenor Schwab, Lydia and Alexa Klein; her siblings, Lavanda Klingenberg (Madonna) of Armstrong, IA, Ivan Klingenberg (Lois) of Armstrong, IA, Arlen Klingenberg (Kim) of Garretson, SD, Thelma Yager (Tim) of Bigelow, MN, Brenda Van Ort (Daryl) of George, IA and Robert Klingenberg (Josie) of George, IA; and her brother-in-law Arvid.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jurrens Funeral Home of George (300 E Dakota Ave, George, IA 51237). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Zoar Presbyterian Church (2002 Log Ave, George, IA 51237).
