She was predeceased by: her brothers, Lynn Rice and Clarence Allen Rice. She is survived by: her children, Susan Martin, Timothy Martin of Sheldon and Callan Martin of Overland Park; her grandchild Andrew Ashby of Exmore; and her sibling Glenda Sieren of Hedrick. She is also survived by four nieces and three nephews.
