He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Bleeker and Grace Bleeker (Burfeindt); his wife Leola Bleeker; his siblings, Al Bleeker (Florence), Elvira Foiles, Celesta Bleeker and Ivan Bleeker; his sister-in-law LaVetta Kruger (Jacob); and his great-nephew Sam Kruger.
He is survived by: his children, Linnae Maakestad (Gregg) of Osage, IA, Lyndon Bleeker of St. Louis, MO and Lori Jongewaard (William) of Sheldon, IA; his brother Melvyn Bleeker (Jan) of Minneapolis, MN; and his brother-in-law John Foiles. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9. 5 great- grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
