She is survived by: her father Jacob Smart (Ella); her husband Dennis Chubbuck; her children, Blaine Chubbuck and Susan Chubbuck; her grandchildren, Joseph Chubbuck and Jessie Twitchell; her brothers, Michael Smart (Penny), Kevin Smart (Tammy), Craig Smart (Rhonda) and Matthew Smart (Carrie); her sister-in-law Debbie Twitchell (Billy); and her niece Kristina Smart. She is also survived by children; many nieces and nephews.
