He is survived by: his wife Maxine Smit; his children, Kent Harms (Jane) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Lori Queck (Jeffrey) of Sanborn, IA; his grandchildren, Katie Harms (Kelly) of Kernersville, NC, Sarah O'Halloran (James) of Adel, IA, Erin York (Tyler) of Des Moines, IA, Matthew Queck and Leah Queck of Sioux Falls, SD; his great grandchildren, Parker, McKenna O'Halloran and Ryker Harms; his siblings, Harry Harms (Barb) of Hampton, IA, Gary Harms of Belmond, IA and Jerry Harms (Marlene) of Evansdale, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Georgia Harms of Hampton, IA, Nancy Harms of Belmond, IA, Cynthia Post (Jerry) of Solvang, CA and Beverly Murphy (Dennis) of Hutchinson, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
