She is survived by: her children, Little Katy and John (Julie McMonagle); her husband Jay; her daughters, Katy Evenson (Dave) and Anne Jacobson (Peter); and her brothers, Harry Neeley (Val) and Robert Neeley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
