We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2020, at the age of 63, James Fischer of Sheldon, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Fischer to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Fischer and Catherine Fischer (Penning) of Sheldon; his wife Lori Tjeerdsma of Sheldon; his children, Jennifer (Robert Lange), Eric (Danielle Fischer) and Erica (Jeremy Vogelaar); his grandchildren, Lorelei, Asher Lange, Dylan, Jackson Fischer, Peyton and Ethan Vogelaar; and his siblings, Jolene Fischer, Lyle Fischer (Darla), Alan Fischer (Jill), Robert Fischer (Robbie), Gary and Kathy Fischer. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Due to the current COVID-19 regulations we ask that everyone remain their distance and stay in their vehicles during the visitation.

Married to the love of his life for 41 years. A role model I will never forget. Love you Jim, you will be missed. I have no doubt, you and Johnnie have been reunited by now.
