She is survived by: her children, Jeroy Van Middendorp of Sheldon, IA, Diane Van Middendorp of Sheldon, IA and Lois (Tony Saavedra); her grandchildren, Sally Van Middendorp, Mindy Van Middendorp, Troy Saavedra, Lisa Korthals (Mark) and Curtis Saavedra; her great grandchildren, Jacen, Timae Saavedra, Jordan, Kathleen Saavedra, Ashlie Saavedra, Malcom Stallings, Ashley Korthals and Lexi Korthals; her siblings, Pearl Nielsen (Arnold) of Hull, IA, Della Muth (Marlo) of Akron, Bernie Van Veldhuizen (Sharon) of Rock Valley, IA and Lester Van Veldhuizen (Harriet) of Doon, IA; and her sister-in-law Garlene Van Veldhuizen of Alvord, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
