Richter; her stepchildren, Kelly Weiler (Troy) of Rock Rapids, Iowa, Micki Fraser (Billy) of Holstein, Iowa and Brent Richter (Kendra) of Sioux City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Landen, Riley, Kinley Weiler, Bretton, Lathan, Annistyn Fraser, Owen and William Richter; and her siblings, Teresa Keifer of Tyler, Minnesota, Tonya Halling (Brian) of Sioux Falls and Adam Keifer of Tyler, Minnesota. She is also survived by 4 nieces, 5 nephews and other relatives and friends.
