She is survived by: her grandchildren, Trisha Vander Schaaf of Medford, Oregon and Tiffanie (Zack Warner) of Medford, Oregon; her great grandchildren, Tristin and Gerritt Warner; and her close friend Sandy Johannes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
