He is survived by: his husband Sheldon Silverstein; his sisters, Ramona Fritz (Dennis), Martha Fritz (Ken), Janet Cole (Jeff), Janice Bagley (Ron), Beatrice Negrete (Dennis) and Mary Parades; and his niece Danette Aguiniga Sanchez (Enrique). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
