He is survived by: his wife Gladys Holtrop of Sheldon, Iowa; his children, Brenda Van Kley (Randy) of Spencer, Iowa, Ed Bolkema (Jody) of Sioux Falls and Marcia Bolkema of Sheldon, Iowa; his grandchildren, Chris Bolkema, Jen Brown (Adam), Mitch Bolkema (Kensi) and Sara Heckstein (Kaleb); and his great grandchildren, Grayson Bolkema, Kate Brown, Liam Bolkema and Greta Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
