He is survived by: his parents, Everett E. Tozier and Althena S. Tozier (Corcoran); his sister Evelyn Morrison of Brewer; his nephews, Shawn Morrison (Bucksport) and Jonathan Morrison of Old Town; his niece Kimberly Morrison (John Tucker); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan and Mason of Levant; and his aunts and uncles, Maralyn Harvey of Searsport, Janice, Joel Tozier of Searsport and Oscar Tozier of New Hampshire.
