He was predeceased by: his parents, Arie Bousema and Hattie Bousema (Holtrop); his wife Gwendolyn "Gwen" Ruth Woudstra; and his brothers, Rich, Roy, Hank, John and Bill.
He is survived by: his children, Harlan Bousema (Kim) of Sheldon, Iowa, Cher Pingel (Curt) of Pella, Iowa and Jill Sipma (Brian) of Lynden, Washington; and his siblings, Art Bousema (Marlene) of California, Greta Bomgaars of California and Gert Rossi of Utah. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, and great grandchildren.
