William left this world on April 14, 2025 at the age of 60, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his father Eugene K. Galloway; his grandparents, June Shambaugh and Allen Shambaugh; and his aunts and uncles, Edward Shambaugh, Dennis Shambaugh, Winifred Galloway and Ruth Atkinson.
He is survived by: his mother Bonny J. Galloway (Shambaugh) of Green Valley, AZ; his sisters, Lisa Marquiss of Gillette, WY and Helen Hoffman of Omaha, NE; his aunt Carol Herman of Buffalo, WY; and his uncle James Shambaugh of Buffalo, WY.. He is also survived by five nephews.
